Journal: 5/27Dragon Boat Festival!
During Dragon Boat vestival, I will pray that my mom buys rice dumplings for us to eat because last week she said that she might not buy them for us- only for grandma. Oh God, please let my mom buy rice dumplings! I really love to eat them. Also, I might suggest to prepare an egg during that day. An EGG??? For what??? It's an event of Dragon Boat Festival- at noon when the sun is high up in the sky, people put an egg on the ground (the fat end on the bottom and pointy end facing the sky) and at 12 o'clock the egg will stand when you let go of your hand! Cool!

Sandy, I hope that your grandma shares.. at least with her grand daughters.. ( her grandsons can go without for once).. I wish that I had know about the egg, I would have tried it.. did the eggs stand up for you..
